Since moving to Bahrain 8 years ago, I have worked with athletes across a range of different sports, including football, basketball, MMA conditioning, boxing, and Olympic weight lifting. Through my ongoing work and educational achievements, I have developed a strong foundation in biomechanics, physiology and psychological factors - all of which play a vital role in my ability to optimize your performance. As I continue to enhance my skillset and personal brand in the year 2024, I have decided to launch ‘TRAIN WITH ARVIN’.
