Additionally, make sure to warm up properly before each session and cool down afterward to prevent injuries. This program is well-suited for those with a focus on improving speed, footwork, and agility. Moreover, these videos can be an excellent way to guide and motivate your training sessions. It contains a revised program structure that emphasizes the use of instructional videos for each exercise. Remember to push yourself but prioritize proper form to prevent injuries.
